TapKardo wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for physical NFC products ordered through TapKardo.

Digital profiles

TapKardo digital profiles are free to create and manage. No payment is required for the online profile service.

Physical NFC cards

Because NFC cards are custom-linked to your profile, refunds are handled case by case. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your card is defective, damaged in shipping, or incorrectly programmed.

  • Defective or non-working NFC chips: replacement or refund.
  • Shipping damage: replacement after photo verification.
  • Change of mind after custom design approval: may not qualify for full refund.
